1. Welcome & Acceptance
Welcome to 12D Life, created and operated by Juliana Troll Trujillo and Pedro Trujillo. By accessing our website, landing page, joining our waitlist, enrolling in our program, or participating in our Skool community, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, students, and community members.
2. About 12D Life
12D Life is a transformational online course and community program designed to help individuals create aligned, purposeful lives through inner and outer transformation. The program includes recorded video lessons, audio activations, a guide notebook with lessons and exercises, and weekly live group sessions.
The program is hosted on the Skool platform. By enrolling, you agree to abide by Skool's own terms of service in addition to these terms.
3. Enrollment & Payment
3.1 Membership Model 12D Life operates on a monthly membership basis. You are charged monthly for as long as you remain enrolled. There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment period beyond your active subscription.
3.2 Founding Member Pricing The founding member price of $33/month is available exclusively to the first group enrolling between May 2nd and May 4th 2026. This price is locked in for founding members for as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted. If a founding member cancels and later re-enrolls, the founding member price is no longer guaranteed.
3.3 Regular Pricing After the founding member window closes, the regular price of $55/month applies to all new enrollments.
3.4 Payment Processing All payments are processed securely through the Skool platform. We do not store, handle, or have access to your payment card information. Payment issues, failed charges, and billing disputes are handled through Skool's payment system.
3.5 Price Changes We reserve the right to change the regular membership price at any time. Founding members will not be affected by price increases for as long as their membership remains active and continuous.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time directly through your Skool account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the program content until that date.
4.2 Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of this program and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, we do not offer refunds on monthly membership charges. If you have questions or concerns about your membership, please contact us at [your email address] and we will do our best to assist you.
4.3 Exceptional Circumstances We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in genuine exceptional circumstances. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of your charge at [your email address].
5. Program Access & Content
5.1 License Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 12D Life program content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
5.2 Lesson Unlocking New lessons unlock on a weekly basis over 13 weeks. Access to previously unlocked lessons remains available for as long as your membership is active.
5.3 Live Sessions Weekly live group sessions are recorded and made available inside the Program tab within 24 hours for members who cannot attend live. We make reasonable efforts to conduct sessions as scheduled but reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.4 Intellectual Property All course content including but not limited to videos, audio files, written materials, exercises, the 12D Life framework, logo, and brand identity are the intellectual property of Juliana Troll Trujillo and Pedro Trujillo. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from any program content without express written permission.
5.5 Community Guidelines As a member of the 12D Life Skool community you agree to engage with respect, kindness, and integrity. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, spam, hate speech, or any behavior that harms the community experience, without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Results
12D Life provides educational and transformational content for personal development purposes. We share our own lived experience and frameworks built from years of inner work and study.
We do not guarantee specific results. Individual results will vary depending on your commitment, circumstances, starting point, and the effort you apply. Nothing in this program constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are dealing with mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
The testimonials and examples we share reflect individual experiences and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Juliana Troll Trujillo and Pedro Trujillo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 12D Life program, community, or any associated content.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your participation in the program shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Third Party Platforms
12D Life uses third-party platforms including Skool, MailerLite or GoHighLevel, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 12D Life operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through applicable legal processes in that jurisdiction.
